ABS House Inspections Ltd

We have been independent builders and property developers for over 20 years in the Auckland area, covering all manner of building work from putting up a fence to building new homes.  Our inspector is a fully qualified, registered licensed builder.

We started house inspections in 2002, when there was a demand from overseas buyers who wanted building inspections before purchasing property.  This evolved from the leaky building saga, and banks were becoming much more proactive about wanting inspection reports to ensure that lending the money was a sound investment.  Now, it’s almost a standard part of property buying.

Property buyers today need assurance and peace of mind, that the property they are investing in is sound, healthy and safe.  We can provide that for you, with an independent, unbiased and professional assessment.

The reason we have been able to do inspections for so long is because we don’t take any shortcuts, we take pride in all that we do.  Our aim is to provide you with a great service.

We are based in the Waitakeres of West Auckland, covering this area and Auckland wide, and as far north as Wellsford.
